The JK fallout has me torn. I still love the series, and I can't stop liking it. I can't defend what JK said either. I haven't been attacked as far as I know, but it's hard to throw away a book that was so relateable to me.

If people want to stop reading Harry Potter because of the author, okay. But don't make me feel bad for finding a story where a couple characters helped me feel seen.

That's how I feel about it. Though if the book burning rumors are true, that's a red flag for me.
