If I Lived Forever, I’d Experiment

What would you do if you lived forever?

I read an article today that made me think about Tuck Everlasting. I hadn’t thought about that book since middle school, but it did give me a good question. What would I do if I accidentally drank from the Fountain of Youth?

For about ten minutes, I found myself thinking about that. What would I do? There obvious answers: travel the world, party a lot, and never stop learning new things. I could see myself applying for jobs after I hit 100 just to mess with people when they saw my birthday.

I could also put a lot of money in savings for about two hundred years and then use it to do whatever I wanted. Maybe I can finally fly First Class on a plane!

I’ve been reading a lot of the news lately about things going on in America, and it got me thinking about the ultimate experiment if I could live forever.

I would pay the bare minimum on my college debt to see how long it took to pay it off.

A few months ago, I had a scare with my debt. I noticed, after paying the bill, that the interest balance went up instead of down. So I emailed the loan company in a panic. I’ve been paying on time for the past year. I’d pay more than what was owed to pay it off faster.
