Firstly, thank you for letting me know what the red stripe was. I’d been trying to figure out for months what it meant since I started seeing it waving. I also saw one with a green stripe too! Do you know what that one means too?

Also, when I look to news sources, I often look at the Media bias charts. These will measure popular news sources based on facts and media bias. For example, CNN is obviously left-leaning. Fox News is obviously right-leaning. OAN is far right and known to lie. Alternet is the far left version of that.

I like to look at sources like BBC and Reuters for information. Both of those sites are very good at staying neutral and stating the facts. No embellishments but stating facts on both sides.

I understand your frustration with the media. I sometimes get frustrated with how quickly things turn into outrage these days. Look at the fake outrage created with the Potato Head toys. I get it.
