Before I start telling my story, I need to make something clear. I’m not a doctor. I did this experiment at my risk, and I haven’t mentioned it to my doctor. I will next time I make an appointment.

Suppose you want to do this, cool. But please talk to your doctor first. I did this experiment because I’m not on any medications, so I didn’t see a risk to my health.

Now, the story.

What Gave Me The Idea To Try B1 Vitamins As Mosquito Repellant?

Every week, I take a family member into town to go shopping. One day, we started talking about random vitamins and whether or not they were good for us.

This person has been taking B1 vitamins for a while. Sometimes, they ask me to go to the other side of the store to look for a bottle.

One day, we talked about the vitamins, and they told me about how a nurse asked them about mosquitoes. The nurse commented that she bet the mosquitoes didn’t bother them because of B1 vitamins.

My ears perked up at that moment. Mosquitoes love me. If I weren’t convinced getting rid of all mosquitoes would cause catastrophic ecological damage, I’d be on a campaign to get rid of all those bastards.
